A Global Stress Response Network

Our new paper in PNAS uses the concept of coessentiality to predict functional relationships between stress response genes and pathways in human cells. We uncover a network rich with biological information, the source data for which we provide here. Simply use Cytoscape (download) to open our network session file.

If you would like to use a similar approach to create your own coessentiality network from input “source nodes” - in our case, stress response master regulators, use our interactive web application, FIREWORKS.

For more information on our coessentiality methodology, see our paper in Life Sci Alli.
